The Kindergarten section celebrated Yellow Day on Tuesday, 1st September, 2026, with great enthusiasm and cheerful spirits. Dressed in bright yellow T-shirts, the little learners added a vibrant touch to the school, while each child also brought a yellow object from home to share with the class.
The celebration commenced with the daily prayers, followed by a lively Yellow Day session. The Music Sir, along with the students, filled the classroom with joy as they sang the catchy song, “Yellow is the Colour of the Day.”
The children then had an opportunity to speak a few words about the yellow objects they had brought. This engaging activity encouraged them to identify and describe objects, enrich their vocabulary, develop their communication skills and build confidence while speaking in front of their classmates.
The celebration continued with fun-filled art activities. The children enthusiastically created a shining sun and a yummy corn print, allowing them to explore their creativity while reinforcing their recognition of the colour yellow.
The day concluded on a bright and joyful note, with happy hearts and beaming smiles all around. Yellow Day was a delightful blend of learning, creativity and fun, leaving our little ones glowing with happiness like rays of sunshine!
