WORDS, WORDS, EVERYWHERE! Sr. KG’s Word Pool Day Blast
On 16th February 2026, the Pre-Primary section celebrated Word Pool Day with great enthusiasm. Our Sr. KG students set off on a joyful journey into the world of words. The English teacher, Ms. Glacxy Ferrao, began the session with a lively, word-themed song that instantly energized the children and set the mood for learning.
Next came the exciting Word Ticket Game, where students searched for hidden words on chairs and matched them with the correct pictures, their faces glowing with delight. The fun continued with “Feeding Words to the Hungry Pirate,” as children identified words using phonic sounds and fed them to the pirate, filling the room with laughter and cheer.
Students also solved jumbled-word worksheets, eagerly forming new words and enjoying friendly competition. These activities helped strengthen vocabulary, sharpen thinking skills, and nurture creativity. The day ended with happy chatter and a growing love for language, proving that learning words can truly be fun.
