Tiny Troops, Mighty Pride – Armed Forces Day
To honour the valour of our nation’s defenders on the occasion of Republic Day, the Pre-Primary section celebrated Armed Forces Day on Tuesday 27th January 2026 with great enthusiasm. The little Savions arrived in charming Army, Navy, Air Force and Police uniforms, turning the campus into a parade of tiny heroes. From dashing pilots to smart soldiers and all-white naval officers, their bright smiles and lively chatter stole every heart.
The children proudly participated in a marching parade around the school, radiating patriotic spirit. Vice-Principal Rev. Fr. Jeswin Mastan joined the celebration, encouraging the young patriots. Through an engaging video, students learned about the importance of the Constitution and the significance of Republic Day. They were also introduced to the different salutes of the armed forces, followed by a fun question-and-answer round.
As the song “Nanha Munna Rahi Hoon” filled the air, our little soldiers marched home dreaming of serving the nation someday.
