The Primary Section of the school celebrated Kite Flying Day with great enthusiasm through a variety of fun-filled and educational activities.
Students of Std 3 and 4 enjoyed the special presence of their parents as they flew colourful kites together on the school grounds, creating a lively atmosphere inspired by the festival of Makar Sankranti. Laughter, excitement, and joy filled the air as the kites soared high in the sky. Meanwhile, students of Std 1 and 2 took part in creative activities such as colouring kite-themed worksheets, writing a few sentences on Makar Sankranti, and learning about the festival’s significance. These activities helped the young learners understand the cultural importance of the day in an enjoyable way.
