Petals of Poetry: Primary Marathi Elocution Contest
The Marathi Elocution Competition for Std. I to IV was held with great enthusiasm on 18th February 2026 at St. Dominic Savio High School. Young participants impressed the audience with confident, well-memorized recitations of Marathi poems, showcasing clarity, expression, and commendable stage presence. Their performances reflected disciplined preparation and a growing love for the language.
The event was evaluated by a distinguished panel: Mrs. Manali Sawant, Mrs. Pratiksha Sarmalkar, and Mr. Vikram Saptarshi. The judges appreciated the efforts of each participant and offered valuable guidance on voice modulation, pronunciation, confidence, and presentation.
Winners were felicitated with certificates, adding to the excitement of the day. The competition beautifully celebrated Marathi poetry while nurturing communication skills and self-confidence among our young learners.
