The Nursery Section of St. Dominic Savio High School was painted in beautiful shades of yellow as the little ones celebrated Yellow Day on 1st September, 2026, with immense joy and enthusiasm.
The classroom was transformed into a magical yellow wonderland, beautifully decorated with yellow-themed artwork, creative displays, and vibrant decorations. The cheerful faces of our tiny tots added an extra sparkle to the celebration, making the entire classroom radiate happiness and excitement.
The Show-and-Tell session was a delightful highlight of the day. The children enthusiastically displayed the yellow objects they had brought from home and spoke about them. Their eager participation reinforced their recognition of the colour yellow.
Adding to the fun was a creative Yellow Colouring Activity, where the little artists coloured a turmeric picture yellow, helping to develop their fine motor skills while engaging in a sensory learning experience.
The celebration was filled with laughter, curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning. Through these engaging and hands-on experiences, the children explored the beauty of yellow while learning in a fun and meaningful way.
