शब्दांमधून आनंद, भाषेतून विकास! – Marathi Language Development Workshop

St. Dominic Savio School conducted Marathi Language Development Workshop for the parents of Standard II on 8th August 2026 in the A.V. Hall.
The workshop aimed to strengthen children’s Marathi language skills by making learning meaningful, enjoyable and interactive, while empowering parents to support language development at home.
The session began with a prayer, followed by an address by the Primary Head Teacher, who emphasised the importance of the workshop and encouraged parents to create a positive and joyful Marathi-speaking environment at home.
Parents enthusiastically participated in engaging activities such as Name, Place, Animal and Thing, Word Chain, and Picture Building and Description. These activities demonstrated how simple games can develop vocabulary, creativity, memory, fluency and confidence.
The workshop had a meaningful impact by strengthening parental involvement and the parent–teacher partnership, encouraging families to make Marathi a joyful part of everyday learning.
