Dear Teachers and Parents,

We noticed that some users of the school app were having a problem in logging in to the secure area of the app. If the user’s name or last name had an apostrophe, e.g. D’Souza, D’Mello etc. then they couldn’t access Charcha or other features.

This issue is now fixed. Users are requested to do the following:
1. Go to the Google Play Store and make sure that your app is the latest version.
2. Open the app, click on LOGIN
3. Then click on NEW USER, enter your mobile number and click REGISTER
4. When you get a new password via SMS, use that to LOGIN
