The students and teachers of the Primary Section all came dressed in red to celebrate the red house day, whose patron is Lokmanya Tilak and motto Unity is strength
This year’s theme being RESPECT, the red house planned their assembly on Respect for Elders and brought it out beautifully by calling the grandparents of master Daniel and Rakin of Std II B and also Daniel of I A who shared with the boys of how to respect their grandparents, take care of them and be polite to them. The house leaders welcomed the gathering and compered fanstastically. The school captain led us in prayer. The singers under the guidance of Sir Elvis sang a song dedicated to Tilak. A few students enacted a skit on the respect Tilak showed to his country.
Rev. Fr. Crispino D'Souza thanked the grandparents for their presence and sharing.
It was also a wonderful moment as some of the boys were awarded Gold medals and certificates for the Sanskriti Art Competition organised by Kohinoor Hotel by our grandparents.
Congratulations to Mrs Madhu Lakhwara and Mrs. Sandra Misquitta for the wonderful assembly, Mrs Mary D'Souza whose class won a trophy for cleanliness,Mrs Pamela Dias class for discipline and the Green house for scoring the highest points in activities.
