The STD X students, along with their Class teachers Ms Arlene and Sir Sharma, put up a beautiful, lively and meaningful assembly on the theme ‘Compassion’ on Tuesday, 19th July, 2016.
The compères clearly explained the meaning of compassion and the same was illustrated through song and skit. They showed us what being compassionate towards others is all about.
In his address to the students, Rev. Fr. Crispino D’Souza, our Rector and Principal, explained the theme through the story of the ‘Good Samaritan’ mentioned in the Bible. He told the boys that we should always love and be compassionate towards our neighbours and a neighbour is anyone who is in need of our help.
