We thank the school for choosing us as your technology partner. With the launch of the mobile app and the student dashboard, we are sure to see an increased engagement and traction on the mobile app, student dashboard and school website.
In order to assist you in using our digital platform and to answer your queries, we have launched the Support Center.
Features and Benefits of the Support Center –
- Repository of all Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). You can search through already asked questions.
- You can also raise queries through the ticketing system. We will respond to each query from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Support Center link from the student dashboard and the mobile app. For any technical queries you can quickly create a ticket with the issue. Please do not contact the school with such queries.
